1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to KUWEXA GLOBAL COMMERCE ("Platform"), owned and operated by KUWEXA PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing or using our global commerce portal, mobile applications, or international checkout services, you agree to be bound by these Master Terms.

2. Nature of Platform & Multi-Vendor Facilitation

Kuwexa provides the software, identity verification, international multi-currency settlement, and escrow logistics infrastructure facilitating transactions between independent verified artisans, horologists, and ateliers ("Sellers") and international buyers ("Patrons").

3. Pricing, Multi-Currency & Customs (DDP)

All items are priced with dynamic FX snapshots based on the customer's selected settlement currency. Where indicated, customs duties and VAT are calculated under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) conventions.

4. Intellectual Property & Counterfeit Zero-Tolerance

Kuwexa maintains strict zero-tolerance policies regarding unauthorized replica goods. Any seller attempting to list counterfeit horology, leather goods, or trademarked assets is subject to immediate suspension, forfeiture of escrow balances, and international civil litigation.
